These terms apply to aipaysrent.com and the AI Pays Rent newsletter, run by ADSFAIR B.V., Albert Plesmanplein 20, 2805 AB Gouda, the Netherlands (KvK 60126035, VAT NL853775485B01).

The newsletter

The newsletter is free. It shares AI tools, ideas and reader experiences for information only. It is not financial, legal or tax advice. Results vary; most people earn little or nothing at first. Links to third-party tools are not endorsements unless we say so.

Sponsored mentions

• You can buy a mention for one or more issues. The price is shown before you pay and depends on the number of readers at that moment.
• Mentions are labeled “Sponsored”. You are responsible for the text and the link, and they must be truthful and legal.
• We may refuse or remove a mention that breaks our rules (adult content, gambling, weapons, drugs, crypto or forex signals, MLM, guaranteed-income claims, deceptive or harmful offers). If we refuse a paid mention before it runs, you get a full refund.
• We run your mention in the next issue(s) with a free slot, normally the next morning (US time). We don’t guarantee a number of clicks or sales; we do report the clicks we count.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Liability

We do our best to send every issue on time, but we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profits. Our total liability for a mention is limited to the amount you paid for it.
