What we collect

• Your email address, to send you the newsletter you asked for.
• Where you came from (for example the ad or campaign that brought you), the time you signed up and your country, to see which channels work.
• Whether you open an issue and which links you click, to make the newsletter better and to report anonymous click totals to advertisers.
• Emails you send us, including ideas you share. If we feature an idea, we only use your first name, and you can say no.
• For advertisers: your name, email, the mention you wrote and payment status. Payments are processed by Paddle; we never see your card details.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your email address.
• No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers on this site.

Who processes data for us

Vercel (hosting), Upstash (database), Resend (sending and receiving email), Anthropic (AI drafting of issues and replies), Paddle (payments). Some of them are located in the United States and use standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

As long as you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe we keep only your email address on a suppression list so we never email you again, unless you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe with one click in every email, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at hello@aipaysrent.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
