Refunds

• Before your mention runs: ask for a refund any time and you get the full amount back.
• If we refuse your mention: full refund, automatically.
• If an issue with your mention was not sent: we run it again in the next issue, or refund that issue, your choice.
• Within 14 days of purchase: you can request a refund for issues that have not run yet.
